Preheat oven to 350 degrees
brown ground meat, then drain (as necessary)
Add salsa and ranch style beans to pan, heat until warm
Heat tortillas in a large skillet
Place tortilla in baking dish, then fill with 3-4 spoonfulls of meat/salsa/bean mixture. Fold tortilla over, like an enchalada. Repeat, filling tortillas along bottom of the baking dish until all mixture is in tortillas.
Pour enchalada sauce over burritos, then place in oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove baking dish, and cover top of tortillas with shredded queso, then place back in oven until cheese is melted.
Sour cream on top of burritos works very well.
