This comes from a number of different sources, with my own spin put on it.... one such source:

 1 Box Jiffy Corn muffin mix
 2 eggs
 1 Can, Creamed Corn
 1 Can, whole kernel corn, drained
 8 oz Cream cheese
 0.50 cup Butter (1 stick)

preheat oven to 350

Melt Butter (in the microwave works), add to mixing bowl

Drain whole kernel corn (if not already), add to mixing bowl (mix together)

Add creamed corn to mixing bowl (mix together)

whisk eggs, then add to mixing bowl (mix together)

soften or melt cream cheese, add to mixing bowl (mix together)

add jiffy mix to mixing bowl (mix together)

mix all ingredients until consistent

put mixture in a metal baking pan (foil pans work well), and bake in oven 45-60 minutes at 350, until top starts to become golden brown. Verify it is done by putting s toothpick in it, and making sure it comes out dry.
