Tex-mex “Award Winning” Salsa

I haven't won any awards, but others claim they have with the one this is based off of, and it's similar to a restaurant, as well.

2 14.5 Oz Cans Hunts stewed tomatoes

1 can sliced green chilis

1 medium white onion

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp or more.... minced garlic

1 handful cilantro (usually just the leaves)

1 tsp lime juice

drain the tomatoes and chilis

Pretty straightforward - put it all in the food processor and pulse it until you get the consistency you like.
