2 boxes bowtie pasta
 67 oz pasta sauce (the LARGE great value jar)
 2.25 lbs lean ground meat (the 36 oz package from walmart works well)
 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
 1 package italian blend cheese
 1 medium onion
 2 tbsp minced garlic
 1 tsp italian seasoning
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 3 cups water

dice the onion into small pieces

set instant pot to sautee

add ground meat, onion, garlic, garlic powder, and italian seasoning to instant pot, and cook until meat is browned

add sauce, water, and pasta to instant pot

seal instant pot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes

release pressure using quick release mechanism, and remove the lid

add half of the ricotta cheese to the pasta in the pot, and mix in well

drizzle the remaining ricotta to the top of the mixture, add the italian blend cheese, and then put the lid back on the instant pot

allow the lid to remain on for 2 minutes, which will allow the italian blend cheese to melt down on top of the lasagna. Serve when ready.
