 3 Chicken Breasts
 1 large yellow onion, diced
 16 oz dry pasta (1 box)
 2 24 oz jars pasta sauce
 4 cloves garlic (1 large clove elephant garlic)
 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (1 package shredded mozzarella)
 ½ cup fresh parmesan
 1 cup ricotta cheese
 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

Cook chicken in the large pot with a little oil and 1 Tbsp italian seasoning

Remove chicken from pot, and shred. Set aside.

put onion and garlic (minced) in pot with 1-2 tbsp of oil, and cook 1 - 2 minutes (until onions are soft)

Add one 24 oz jar of sauce to the pot, then fill jar with water, and add to the pot. Heat to boiling.

Reduce heat on pot. Add dry pasta and chicken to pot. Cover, and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, until pasta is cooked to desired consistency.

Add second jar of sauce to pot

Add ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to pot, and stir in. Add remaining mozzarella and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning to the top of the pot. Allow to simmer until cheese is melted in., and all sauce is heated up.

Serve.
