pairs well with LJS batter fried chicken

 1 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp rice wine
 0.25 cup water
 1 tsp sesame oil
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 10 tbsp sugar
 10 tbsp white vinegar
 1 pinch orange zest
 2 tsp minced garlic
 1 tsp ground ginger
 0.50 tsp crushed red pepper

To make the sauce combine the 1 tablespoon cornstarch, rice wine, water, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar and orange zest.

Heat about 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan or wok

Add the ginger, garlic and crushed red peppers, cooking for about 10 seconds.

Add the orange sauce (mixed above) and bring to boil

Turn off the heat, and add cooked chicken (or other meat - the LJS battered chicken knockoff works quite well) and stir until well mixed.

Serve with rice.
