Boil water in a pot. Once boiling, add salt and sugar, then return to a boil
add fish fillet pieces to water. It will sink to the bottom. Once fish floats to the surface, it is done. Remove from water
Drain any additional water from fillet pieces. Season with lemon.
Serve fish pieces with garlic butter of ghee for dipping fish when eating.
